Implementation Process Manager
Run our client implementations. You map how a process works today, agree with the client how it runs with agents, and take it live with their teams, on time and with results the client can measure.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years running process improvement, implementation or transformation programs
- Experience mapping business processes with volumes, costs, systems and owners
- Has taken new systems live inside large organisations, including training and change management
- Comfortable working with client operations heads and with engineering teams
- Clear writing: process documents, plans, status reports
What you’ll do
- Map each client process and agree the target design with its owner
- Plan and run the implementation from kick-off to go-live
- Set the measures for each process and report them to the client
- Manage risks, dependencies and decisions across client and Tilicho teams
- Turn what we learn on each implementation into a repeatable method
