What you’ll bring

6–9 years building and operating production web systems
Depth across front-end (React/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/FastAPI/.NET)
Strong system design: APIs, data modeling, microservices, event-driven patterns
Cloud, containers and CI/CD (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
Track record leading and mentoring engineers and owning delivery
Comfortable embedding AI components and agents into real workflows

What you’ll do

Own architecture and technical decisions across the stack
Lead a small team — review code, set standards, grow engineers
Turn ambiguous enterprise problems into shippable systems
Drive AISDLC practices: evaluations, governance and observability
Be accountable for quality, performance and delivery in production
