Project-based
You bring the requirement. We scope, design, build and deliver it end to end, milestone by milestone, and stay accountable for what ships.
Extended team
We embed senior engineers as an extension of your team. You set the priorities; we deliver continuously, to the same AISDLC discipline as everything else we build.
Project work is priced fixed-scope or by milestone against an agreed deliverable. Extended-team engagements are a monthly rate per engineer or pod, scaling up or down as you need.
