Project-based
You bring the requirement; we scope, design, build and deliver it end to end — milestone by milestone — and stay accountable for what ships. You own the outcome, we own the delivery.
Extended team
We embed senior engineers as a true extension of your team. You set the priorities; we deliver continuously, to the same AISDLC discipline as everything else we build.
Project work is priced fixed-scope or by milestone against an agreed deliverable. Extended-team engagements are a monthly rate per engineer or pod, scaling up or down as you need.
